This is the newest building of the College of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Natural Resources (CAFENR). CvSU, before it was elevated to university status on January 21, 1998 by virtue of Republic Act No. 8468, used to be the Don Severino Agricultural College. Agriculture remains as one of the flagship programs of the university.
